Habitat Enhancement
The most common problem facing a potentially stellar fishery is a lack of habitat.
Any angler can attest to this fact. You simply catch more fish around structure.
We have years of experience when it comes to boosting the habitat levels in ponds and reservoirs.
We often construct and sink brushpiles to help achieve appropriate habitat levels. The
use of synthetic structures such as PVC trees is becoming more popular, so we have
begun building and sinking these long-lasting structures as well. In some situations,
there may be a total lack of aquatic vegetation.
Although we eradicate more plants than we transplant, using the appropriate plant
species can prove extremely beneficial to the fish community in addition to increasing
the pond’s aesthetics.
